At Mooroolbark East Primary School, we proudly uphold the core values of Kindness (green), Respect (red), Resilience (blue) and Growth (yellow). These values were thoughtfully chosen in collaboration with our school community. These values are at the heart of everything we do and are embedded across all aspects of school life. They are celebrated weekly through our assembly awards, reinforced through our whole-school token reward system, and underpin our behaviour management approach. Our staff model these values daily, and they are explicitly taught, revisited and reflected upon regularly to support the development of a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment for every student. Most importantly, we aim to equip our students with these values, so they not only guide their time at school but also shape the way they interact with the world beyond the classroom and carry these strengths  values with them into their futures.
